Job Summary
Assess the store's ability to meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance daily. Manage overall day-to-day operations, including training and developing store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results. Coach and develop all store associates through both formal and informal interactions while demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
Required Qualifications
