STR MGMT/STORE LEADER

Conduct daily assessments of the store's ability to meet customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety, and regulatory compliance. Manage overall day-to-day operations, including training and developing store associates to achieve desired sales and profit results. Coach and develop all store associates through formal and informal interactions while demonstrating core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
