Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department, establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer returns. Achieve department performance goals and best practices while driving sales and profit targets. Monitor all established quality assurance standards and execute best practices, goals, and Front-end standards for the department.
