Job Summary
Kitchen cleaning role focusing on maintaining clean and safe food preparation areas: remove garbage, sweep/mop floors, clean BIOs in kitchen and back-of-house areas, maintain dish machine and deliming processes, operate buffer and vacuum machines, use ladder/step stool, clean walls/ceilings/hoods/vent covers, clean elevator, dismantle and clean stoves/ovens/grills/broilers/steamers daily, and assist as a kitchen worker as needed. Requires ability to work with cleaning chemicals and hot water, good English communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year experience as a kitchen worker required
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent organizational skills a must
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to be exposed to hot water, cleaning chemicals and kitchen detergents
- Professional appearance and demeanor a must
- Must be able to work any shift
