Job Summary
Remote-based Social Media Manager responsible for expanding Genesis Orthopedics’ digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond using AI-powered production tools. Lead Canva Brand Kit creation and maintenance for consistent visuals; leverage Canva AI, Adobe Firefly/Express, Figma AI, Runway, CapCut AI, Descript, HeyGen, Replit AI, and other AI tools to design, prototype, and publish scalable content. Build lightweight web assets with Replit AI and develop repeatable editorial workflows and templates to support campaigns. Own channel strategy, engage the community, respond to comments, and analyze performance with built-in analytics to refine growth tactics. Requires a high school diploma or GED; college or vocational training a plus; strong AI-tools fluency, content creation track record, and ability to operate as a systems-builder in a remote, early-career role.
Required Qualifications
