Job Summary
Conduct daily site operations as the first-line representative during the Store Manager's absence, managing the rental process including converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, and offering insurance. Perform operational duties such as inspecting stores with lock checks, maintaining cleanliness standards, executing minor maintenance, and collecting past-due accounts. Balance cash, process bank deposits, and coordinate with vendors for repairs while assisting guests with truck rentals. Handle delinquency management and ensure impeccable facility conditions through timely custodial work. Requires weekend availability and cash handling experience.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience
- Experience in Cash Handling required
- Must be available on weekends

- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and stoop frequently
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently
- Ability to push up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to lift above head frequently
- Ability to work weekends as needed or required
- Ability to operate tools and maintenance equipment using manual dexterity of hands and arms
- Ability to communicate in written and verbal format frequently
- Regular and consistent attendance at the assigned location is required
