Job Summary
Conduct fieldwork for aquatic management, stormwater control, and pond maintenance while performing preventative and corrective maintenance services. Assist in construction, repair, and retail operations across all business functions, ensuring adherence to safety policies and company procedures. Utilize timekeeping, HR, and vehicle maintenance software systems to complete daily documentation, reports, and digital records accurately. Obtain required certifications in Stormwater Control Measures and aquatic pesticide application within the first year. Maintain proficiency in equipment and facility maintenance tasks by the end of the first year while communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong willingness to learn, receive coaching, and develop new skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, pond management, stormwater maintenance, construction, equipment operation, or related field services.
- Knowledge of aquatic vegetation management or stormwater best management practices.
- CDL or ability to obtain one.
- Relevant environmental, landscaping, horticultural, or maintenance certifications.
