Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day supervisory functions of the Stormwater team, including achieving assigned key focus indicators, client service, project execution, and quality. Lead complex flood resilience projects in Denver, overseeing modeling work with HEC-RAS and InfoWorks ICM while ensuring adherence to quality management systems and technical standards. Drive team growth by developing client relationships, managing sales activities, and supporting the long-term health of the Colorado business. Recruit, develop, and retain staff through performance appraisals, IDP goal setting, and succession planning. Collaborate with the Group Manager to implement practice growth initiatives, prepare annual operating plans and budgets, and forecast workload to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Coordinate work-sharing opportunities with Practice Leaders and national technical leaders to ensure synchronization with broader practice initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience with emphasis in technical design, project management, personnel leadership, and management, and organizational leadership
- Professional Engineers license
