Job Summary
Full-Time Entry-Level Stormwater Erosion Inspector responsible for conducting construction site evaluations to assess EPA Stormwater compliance, OSHA Safety compliance, Quality Assurance inspections, and IECC Energy compliance; verify proper erosion and sediment control practices (BMPs), safety measures, and energy code requirements; complete site evaluation documentation and onsite recordkeeping; communicate regulatory requirements of state and local Stormwater, safety, and energy regulations to client onsite personnel; educate clients on Path Light Pro services and coordinate with management to provide additional value; maintain regulatory onsite records (SWPPP logs, BMP maps, and site postings); communicate daily with supervisor; travel to remote sites and be available for weekends/extended hours as needed; proactive in learning regulatory requirements and problem solving.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS Degree or Trade/Vocational Degree
- Knowledge of general construction and environmental regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to walk up and down inclines and on uneven land/ground
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- Positive team player
- Must be able to travel and work at remote sites
