Stormwater Engineer I

Job Summary
This entry-level position involves designing and analyzing stormwater management systems, supporting the preparation of stormwater reports and permitting documents, and conducting site evaluations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, up to 3 years of related experience, and familiarity with stormwater modeling software and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Collaboration with senior engineers and a focus on best management practices to enhance water quality and control pollution are key responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines
- 0-3 years of experience in stormwater engineering or related fields
- EIT certification (or ability to obtain within one year) preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to stormwater modeling software (HEC-RAS, SWMM, HydroCAD)
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with GIS applications
