Trace and resolve faults on installations and production machines, while executing corrective, modification, and preventive maintenance across the facility, equipment, and grounds to minimize operational downtime. Proactively identify and prevent issues before they arise through continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and automation strategies. Work within a five-shift rotation in a collaborative technical team focused on innovation and team performance. Requires an MBO level 4 technical diploma, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
