Job Summary

Stores Supervisor at Accor Sydney Olympic Park coordinates the prompt and accurate distribution of goods to all departments and sub-stores, ensures goods are received in line with approved purchase orders, stored using FIFO, maintains supplier information and pricing, processes and reconciles Food & Beverage invoices against POs, and assists with monthly stocktakes while upholding stock security and cleanliness across loading docks and storage areas. The role supports multiple brands’ hospitality operations (Pullman, Novotel, and Ibis) and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, and proactive collaboration with Department Heads.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in purchasing, stores, or inventory control, ideally in hospitality
  • A confident communicator who likes systems
