Job Summary
Establish and monitor the depot and stores location to ensure strong housekeeping while issuing stock to Operations teams. Accurately capture and record all stock issued in Sage, regularly checking levels and verifying unpacked supplies against delivery notes and purchase orders. Store, catalogue, and distribute supplies by arranging collection and delivery, ensuring relationships exist to source strategic stock at short notice. Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring appropriate PPE and supplier compliance with delivery specifications, while upholding Health, Safety & compliance within the yard. Requires a Telehandler license and strong HSE adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Telehandler license is essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Adherence to safety policies and regulations
- Computer knowledge including excel, Word, email
- An understanding of the materials needed to maintain operations
- Sage stock management
