Job Summary
Manage receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming spare parts, tools, and consumables while verifying deliveries against purchase orders. Track movement of materials against equipment usage and project requirements, maintaining accurate stock records manually and within the company's ERP system. Issue authorized requisitions to mechanics and technicians, conduct regular stock counts to reconcile variances, and prepare consumption reports for management. Liaise with suppliers and procurement teams to monitor stock levels and raise requisitions as needed. Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage facilities across multiple operational sites to ensure consistent inventory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in store keeping, preferably within a mechanical, transport, or construction environment
- Hands-on experience managing heavy equipment spare parts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- experience using inventory management or ERP systems
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage inventory across multiple warehouses and project locations
- Valid driver's license
