Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results. Act as a role model on the sales floor by coaching team members, delivering training, and ensuring brand initiatives and operational standards are consistently met. Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable to help drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and fun. This hourly position requires 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories, with previous leadership experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
