Stores and Inventory Controller

Own the SGPT stores function and inventory control, ensuring materials and components are accurately controlled, identifiable and available to support manufacturing, development programmes and Tour operations. Primary custodian of inventory accuracy, stock visibility and material traceability, with duties including maintaining stores area, recording inventory across stock locations, managing stock movements, conducting stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, receiving materials against PO documentation, maintaining supplier certifications, applying part identification and barcodes, maintaining traceability records, preparing work kits and stock packs, generating shipping/transfer documentation, coordinating stock transfers, supporting ERP inventory and material tracking, and driving continuous improvement of traceability and identification systems. Desired skills include attention to detail, organizational and communication abilities, ability to work independently and in a team, and experience with inventory systems in a fast-paced environment, preferably with Cheqroom and ERP platforms.
