Storeroom Supervisor

Supervise storeroom personnel and coordinate ordering, receiving, handling, storing, and issuing of supplies, tools, equipment, and parts. Manage inventory management systems, conduct physical inventory counts, and review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Develop systems for requisitioning raw materials, manage bin labeling and maintenance, and communicate with vendors on service calls and repair issues. Approve work schedules, evaluate employee duties, and address issues or complaints from staff. Support plant maintenance outages through on-call duty as needed. Ensure conformance to QMS, environmental, and food safety standards while achieving plant inventory metrics and reducing lead times on customer orders.
