Job Summary
Manage and coordinate all-day operations to ensure aircraft parts are controlled, packed, and delivered for servicing. Monitor inventory levels, operate a forklift safely to move heavy items, and use RF handheld devices to maintain precise stock control. Coordinate daily workflows within the Sydney Distribution Centre while meeting operational KPIs and adhering to safety protocols. Shifts follow a 7-day rotating roster at the Mascot facility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Licence
- forklift operating experience
- Current Drivers License
- ability to drive manual
- Experience in a distribution centre of large-scale warehouse environment
- RF Handheld scanning experience
- Proficiency in warehouse/freight management systems
- Strong commitment to safety and achieving customer service excellence through disciplined warehousing practices
- Understanding of logistics planning, workflows and operational control
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn logistics management programs
- Experience in logistics interactions with customers
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under supervision
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster
- Eligibility to qualify for and hold a Red ASIC identification card
