Job Summary
Receive and check deliveries to ensure all produce is top quality, then organise and rotate stock across fridges, freezers, and dry stores to keep areas clean and efficient. Conduct AM walkarounds to support senior chefs, assist with ordering par levels and stock counts, and work alongside the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Lift, carry, and remain on your feet in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of organisation.
