Job Summary
Open the store daily with your team, manage scheduled appointments, and execute phone, tablet, and laptop repairs while maintaining technical standards. Lead the team, monitor KPIs including customer happiness, quality control, sales, and store image, and ensure all necessary parts are available for repairs. Handle direct customer interactions with a focus on service and satisfaction. This full-time role in Rotterdam offers a monthly salary between €3,002 and €3,992 plus commission, 25 vacation days, and access to ThePhoneLab Academy for certification training.
