Job Summary
Storekeeper to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily distribution activities. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, storing per FIFO/FEFO, updating ERP/inventory records, conducting cycle counts and stock audits, picking/packing/dispatching customer orders, monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishments, tracking batch numbers and expiry dates, maintaining a safe and compliant warehouse, and safeguarding inventory against loss or damage. Requires 2–4 years’ experience in FMCG/retail/distribution, ERP proficiency, strong excel skills, English communication, and ability to work in UAE-based warehouse environment; UAE driving or forklift licence is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role
- Experience within FMCG, food & beverage, retail, or distribution environments preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock rotation, and warehouse procedures
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
- Knowledge of food safety and storage standards is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Currently based in the UAE
- UAE driving licence and/or forklift licence is an advantage
