Storekeeper

Storekeeper at Marriott International responsible for receiving and staging merchandise by department, marking items for placement, delivering merchandise to the appropriate department, stacking on pallets or carts, completing requisition forms, notifying management of low stock, inspecting deliveries for freshness and quality, rejecting damaged or incorrect items, and adhering to food safety and sanitation policies. Maintains refrigeration and food equipment sanitation, rotates stock, removes trash, and supports a clean and professional environment. Communicates clearly with guests and co-workers, develops positive relationships, supports team goals, complies with quality standards, reads and verifies information, and can stand or walk for extended periods while performing lifting and movement of up to 50 pounds. Requires ability to read small print, follow safety procedures, and perform other duties as assigned. Preferred education includes a high school diploma or GED; no related work experience required and no supervisory responsibilities.
