Job Summary
Greet guests, operate the point-of-sale system, and prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service. Assist with bread merchandising, maintain a clean and food-safe environment, and collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Cross-train in cashier, bar, bread, and cake operations, and adhere to all company policies and Health Department regulations. Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred, with a focus on building a career within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend Availability Required
- Ability to speak and understand conversational English
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required)
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
