Storefront Administrator

Job Summary
Manage online ordering systems, products, templates, and settings to ensure accuracy and functionality; maintain product consistency across storefront systems by performing bulk updates and maintaining organized product catalogs; troubleshoot online ordering, workflow, and automation issues to identify errors; monitor workflows and system activity to maintain order accuracy, consistency, and overall process efficiency; maintain organized records, prioritize multiple requests, and manage projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; track outstanding tasks, approvals, files, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of projects and support requests; 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday with potential overtime; 401(k) plan with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, HSA & FSA, disability coverage, PTO, holidays, referral bonus, and wellness program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field
- Comfortable working in computer-based environments and using multiple software systems throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, organization, and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and identify practical solutions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments as needed
- Customer-service mindset with a professional and solution-oriented approach
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions with limited supervision or input
