Store/Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
Store/Warehouse Supervisor responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations at Pune MFG Factory and related sites. Oversees receiving and delivery activities, inventory integrity with cycle counts, ERP/SAP and WMS updates, KPI reporting, coordination with Transportation and 3PL providers, and driving EHS and continuous-improvement initiatives (5S, ISO/OHS standards). Leads a high-performance team, ensures zero variance in inventory, and implements procedures aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or equivalent
- 8-10 years of experience in related roles & job scopes
- Familiarity with Supply Chain best practices
- Fluent in English and knowledge of additional Indian languages
- Experience managing Logistics Service Providers
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) and WMS/barcoding systems
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, conscientious, and able to drive projects to timely completion
- People manager to lead, manage, develop and motivate a team
- Analytical, meticulous, patient and customer oriented
