Job Summary
Store Visual Merchandiser responsible for creating visually engaging store displays, interior layouts, and coordinating merchandise in Mt Juliet, TN. Will execute merchandising displays under Visual Leadership, manage layout plans for furniture, lighting, and accessories, perform floor moves, restock, handle signage and POS materials, maintain store appearance, collaborate with warehouse and housekeeping, participate in inventory processes, ensure compliance with visual standards, expand product knowledge, and mentor store staff on merchandising basics. Requires 2 years of retail visual merchandising experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and transport up to 100 lbs, and an associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent experience preferred; legal work authorization in the US and 18+ years old; flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings
- Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to transport loads of 100 LBS with or without reasonable accommodation
- Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent work experience, preferred
