Job Summary
Implement a visual merchandising strategy to achieve sales volume and financial objectives by executing well-balanced store displays for furniture, lighting, and accessories. Remerchandise displays, signage, and point-of-sale areas regularly to maximize sell-through, while completing store recovery processes and maintaining interior and exterior appearance. Coordinate product shipments, tagging, and inventory processes, and ensure audio/visual items comply with company standards. Mentor staff on merchandising basics and communicate regularly with Visual Leadership and store management on layout plans and sold items. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, lifting objects over 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- 2 years experience in retail store visual merchandising
- Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to transport loads of 100 IBS
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in interior design, merchandising, or equivalent work experience
