Store Visual Merchandiser

Implement a visual merchandising strategy to achieve sales volume and financial objectives by executing well-balanced store displays for furniture, lighting, and accessories. Remerchandise displays, signage, and point-of-sale areas regularly to maximize product sell-through while completing store recovery processes and maintaining interior and exterior appearances. Coordinate product tagging, felt-dotting, and showroom placement during check-in and unpackage shipments, and initiate repairs for lighting, fixtures, and flooring. Mentor store staff on merchandising basics and ensure compliance with audio/visual standards and company bulletins. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to support seasonal transitions and inventory processes.
