Job Summary
Store Trainer coordinates with retail management to train and develop partners and works closely with front end partners to ensure training guidelines are followed. Responsibilities include conducting onboarding for new hires to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture; collaborating with management to identify training needs and ensure completion of required modules; staying current on company policies and initiatives; delivering training sessions on a variety of areas including on-the-job and refresher training; reporting partner progress to management and providing suggestions to improve work procedures; promoting a friendly, customer-service oriented atmosphere and maintaining a clean, safe store environment; and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and confidentiality as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED
- one or more years of related experience
- HIPAA certification
- Food Handler certification
- TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable
- 21 years of age or older to drive
