Job Summary
Conduct store to home picker duties including supporting customer ideas on the shop floor and managing a one-hour click and collect service. Prioritize time and handle heavy lifting for products ranging from paint to hot tubs while maintaining efficiency and safety. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday from 3:30pm to midnight, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays, at B&Q Colchester Tollgate.
Required Qualifications
- comfortable with some heavy lifting
- work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
- comfortable building relationships and sharing product knowledge with customers face to face and over the phone
- organised and analytical thinker
- know how to prioritise your time and keep things simple
- Being agile and flexible
- happy to expand your skills by using new technology and learning new ways of working
- flexible enough to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
