Store Technical Services Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead, develop, and support the in-store services team to diagnose, test, repair, and upgrade electronic products; provide expert information and advice to customers on Best Buy products and services; cultivate an inclusive learning culture; oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety) while maintaining a healthy profit and loss; join a customer-focused retail environment with opportunities for training and certifications and a path toward development within Best Buy Canada's retail teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
- 3+ years’ experience testing consumer electronics in a service centre environment
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
