Job Summary
Greet customers, engage in product conversations, and drive sales while managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and building displays. Process freight, organize stock, fulfill orders, and support digital operations including curbside pick-up and deliveries. Deliver exceptional service by maintaining product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, and adhere to safety and cleanliness standards. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lifting 50 lbs overhead and standing for 8-10 hours daily. Maintain compliance with alcohol sales laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to drive and make deliveries if assigned
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
