Job Summary
Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food ingredients, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Process purchases with accuracy, unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, and carry heavy items up to 65 lbs. Deliver pet care by cleaning habitats, feeding animals, and answering questions about animal care. Support team members as backup when extra help is needed and maintain knowledge of products to ensure outstanding service. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays while passing drug and background screening.
Required Qualifications
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must pass a drug and background screening
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be able to lift 40-65 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products

- Like to know facts about animals (e.g., bearded dragons, umbrella cockatoos)
