Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food labels, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Process purchases with accuracy, unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, and carry heavy items like kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Offer pet care by cleaning habitats, feeding animals, and answering questions about animal care. Support colleagues as backup when extra help is needed while maintaining knowledge of products and animals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays; pass drug and background screening.
