Store Team Member

Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food labels, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Stock shelves, ring up purchases, unload delivery trucks, and carry heavy items like kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Feed and clean all store pets, answer animal care questions, and manage Preferred Pet Club memberships while supporting colleagues as backup staff. This physically demanding role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 65 lbs, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must pass drug and background screening and be 16 or older.
