Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food ingredients, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, and carry purchases to customers' cars while ensuring cages are clean and pets are fed. Process purchases with accuracy, provide Preferred Pet Club membership information, and answer animal care questions. The role is physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting up to 65 lbs and standing for long periods. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pass a drug and background screening. All applicants must be 16 years or older.
