Job Summary
Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food labels, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Stock shelves, ring up purchases, unload delivery trucks, and carry heavy items like kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Feed and clean all store pets while answering questions about animal care. Process transactions with accuracy and share Preferred Pet Club membership details. Support teammates as backup when extra help is needed. The role requires heavy lifting (40-65 lbs), long standing periods, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be 16 or older and pass drug and background screening.
