Store Team Member

Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food labels, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Stock shelves, ring up purchases, unload delivery trucks, and carry heavy items to customers' cars. Feed and care for in-store pets, including cleaning habitats and handling animals. Process transactions with accuracy, provide membership information, and answer questions about animal care. Support colleagues as backup when extra help is needed. This physically demanding role requires lifting up to 65 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Candidates must be 16 or older, pass drug and background screening, and demonstrate knowledge of animals and products.
