Job Summary
Provide exceptional, neighborly service by helping customers select toys, comparing food labels, fitting harnesses, and educating families on pet ownership. Stock shelves, ring up purchases, unload delivery trucks, and carry heavy items to customers' cars. Feed and clean all store pets while answering questions about animal care. Process transactions with accuracy and share Preferred Pet Club membership details. Support colleagues as back-up when extra help is needed. This physically demanding role requires lifting 40-65 lbs, standing for long periods, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must pass drug and background screening and be 16 years or older.
