Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, unload delivery trucks safely, and stock shelves with toys, treats, and kibble. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats, feeding animals, and ensuring cages are tidy. Answer customer questions about animal care and help neighbors select the perfect toys, harnesses, or food brands. Carry bags of purchases to customers' cars and act as backup when extra help is needed. This role requires heavy lifting up to 65 lbs and long periods of standing while offering flexible schedules for weekdays and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states).
- Candidates must be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.)
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
