Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with toys and treats, and unload delivery trucks safely. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding them, while answering customer questions on animal care and product selection. Carry heavy items like kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Support team members as backup when extra help is needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pass a drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
