Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy and efficiency, stocking shelves to ensure inventory availability and safely unloading delivery trucks. Provide exceptional neighborly service by helping customers select toys and food, fitting pets with harnesses, and answering questions on animal care. Feed and clean habitats for store pets while carrying bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Support colleagues as backup when extra help is needed and remain flexible for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
