Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with toys and treats, and safely unload delivery trucks. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding them, while answering customer questions on animal care. Carry heavy bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars and offer Preferred Pet Club membership information. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a physically demanding role requiring heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
