Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy and efficiency, unloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves with treats and toys, and carrying heavy bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Feed and clean all store pets, including cleaning habitats and handling animals, while answering owner questions on animal care. Review ingredient labels to assist concerned pet owners and educate customers on proper pet ownership. Support colleagues as backup during busy shifts and remain flexible for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage. This role requires lifting up to 65 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
