Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy and efficiency, review ingredient labels, and fit pets with appropriate gear. Stock shelves, unload delivery trucks, and carry heavy items to customers' vehicles. Provide care for store animals by cleaning habitats and feeding them, while answering questions on animal ownership. Support colleagues as backup when extra help is needed and maintain knowledge of products to offer neighborly service. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, handling physical demands including lifting up to 65 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
