Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with toys and treats, and unload delivery trucks safely. Provide exceptional service by helping customers select the right products, comparing food labels, and fitting pets with proper gear. Feed and clean store animals, answer questions about pet care, and ensure cages are maintained. Carry heavy bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars while engaging with neighbors. Support colleagues as backup when extra help is needed. This physically demanding role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 65 lbs. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states)
- be 16 years or older
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.)
