Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with toys and treats, and safely unload delivery trucks. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding animals, while answering customer questions on animal care and product selection. Carry bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars, and act as backup when extra help is needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays while handling heavy lifting up to 65 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
