Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with toys and treats, and safely unload delivery trucks. Provide care for store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding animals, while answering questions on animal care. Carry bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars and help neighbors select toys or food brands. Act as backup support when extra help is needed. This physically demanding role requires lifting 40-65 lbs and standing for long periods, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Pet Supplies Plus offers a neighborly experience with 770+ locations across 44 states.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
