Job Summary
Process neighbors' purchases with accuracy, stock shelves with inventory, and safely unload delivery trucks. Provide care for in-store pets by cleaning habitats and feeding animals, while answering customer questions on animal care and product selection. Carry heavy bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars, ensuring proper equipment use during unloading. Support team members as backup when extra help is needed and maintain knowledge of products to deliver neighborly service. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40-65 lbs. Candidates must be 16 or older and pass drug screening.

- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
