Job Summary
Process neighbor purchases with accuracy and efficiency, unload delivery trucks safely, and stock shelves to ensure favorite toys and treats are available. Provide exceptional service by helping customers select the right products, educating them on animal care, and fitting pets with proper gear. Feed, clean, and handle pets in the store while answering customer questions. Carry heavy bags of kibble and aquariums to customers' cars. Support teammates as backup when needed. Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires physical stamina for lifting up to 65 lbs and standing for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Be knowledgeable about animals and our products in order to provide outstanding neighborly service.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a drug screening (in applicable states) and be 16 years or older.
- The Store Team Member position can be physically demanding, requiring heavy lifting (40-65 lbs.) and standing for long periods of time.
